Property Manager

  • Management user is responsible for managing a location.  
  • This includes creating and managing tickets as well as communicating with the homeowner.

Organization Managers

  • Management user is responsible for managing an organization and the locations within it.

Accounting Manager

  • Management user is responsible for receiving and paying bills and employees.  
    • Tasks also include providing reports for clients, managers, etc. 

Reservations Manager

  • Management user is responsible for renting locations for both short and long term leases.

Maintenance

  • Maintenance user is responsible for performing and completing tasks, as well as updating the status. 
  • Maintenance users can create tasks as well.
