- Management user is responsible for receiving and paying bills and employees.  
- Tasks also include providing reports for clients, managers, etc.

- Management user is responsible for renting locations for both short and long term leases.
 
Maintenance
- Maintenance user is responsible for performing and completing tasks, as well as updating the status.
